Portfolio Due Diligence Support / Management

Managing due diligence activity for mortgage portfolio acquisitions. Defining due diligence requirements across originations, documentation, post completion administration. Monitoring output and ensuring risks are highlighted throughout the decision-making process; ensuring organisations accurately reflect the quality and potential return in their pricing models. Providing SME support in negotiations and working with legal teams to ensure key considerations are included in deal documentation.

Funding SME Support

Supporting finance and treasury teams with their funding sales process (warehouse lines, securitisations, TFS placement etc.). Completing independent assessments of the portfolio and operational capabilities, through to being the SME representative in third party negotiations.
